Maikel Franciscus Wilhelmus Verkoelen (born 18 March 1992) is a Dutch footballer who plays as a centre back for RKSV Mierlo-Hout in the Dutch Tweede Klasse. Club career Verkoelen joined PSV at the age of eight, and eleven years later Verkoelen signed a professional contract at the age of 19. He played against SV Ried in the Europa League qualifying round on 18 August 2011, only make a one-minute appearance after coming on the 90th minute for Marcelo. In September 2011, Verkoelen made his cup debut against VVSB which PSV won 8–0 and Verkoelen set up the sixth goal that was scored by Jürgen Locadia. In July 2012, Verkoelen joined FC Eindhoven on a season-long loan. He made his debut for the club against MVV, playing the full 90 minutes. Kozakken Boys () is a Dutch football club based in Werkendam. It competes in Tweede Divisie, the highest amateur league of Dutch football. Formed as Steeds Voorwaarts Werkendam (SVW) in 1932, it adopted its current name in 1935. Kozakken Boys was named after the Don Cossack troops, who liberated Werkendam from French occupation in 1813. Tweede Divisie ( en, Second Division) is the highest amateur (and historically the lowest professional) football league in the Netherlands. It was established in 1956, together with the Eredivisie and the Eerste Divisie. Between 1956 and 1960 and between 1962 and 1966, the league consisted of two divisions, Tweede Divisie A and Tweede Divisie B. The league was disbanded in 1971. Jong PSV is a Dutch football team based in Eindhoven. It is the reserve team of PSV Eindhoven and plays in the Eerste Divisie since the 2013–14 season. History Until 2013, Jong PSV played in the Beloften Eredivisie, a league exclusively for reserve teams. That year, the Royal Dutch Football Association, KNVB decided to expand the Eerste Divisie to 20 teams by adding two amateur teams and two reserve teams.
