Maddie Moate
Madeleine Moate (born 26 July 1988) is a British television presenter, podcaster, YouTuber and children's author best known for presenting the CBeebies series ''Maddie's Do You Know?'' for which she was awarded the Best Presenter BAFTA at the Children's BAFTAs 2017. Moate is a science communicator but studied theatre, film and television at Bristol University. On 15 February 2018, she became engaged to children's TV science presenter Greg Foot. Early life Born in Norfolk in July 1988, Moate grew up in Witney, Oxfordshire, attending Henry Box School where she became Head Girl, and the Jill Stew School of Dance and Dramascope. She went on to study drama at the University of Bristol. Perioral Dermatitis
Perioral dermatitis, also known as periorificial dermatitis, is a common type of skin rash. Symptoms include multiple small (1–2 mm) bumps and blisters sometimes with background redness and scale, localized to the skin around the mouth and nostrils. Less commonly the eyes and genitalia may be involved. It can be persistent or recurring and resembles particularly rosacea and to some extent acne and allergic dermatitis. The term "dermatitis" is a misnomer because this is not an eczematous process. The cause is unclear. Topical steroids are associated with the condition and moisturizers and cosmetics may contribute. The underlying mechanism may involve blockage of the skin surface followed by subsequent excessive growth of skin flora. Georgie Barrat is a British tech journalist and television presenter, best known as a presenter on ''The Gadget Show''. Early life Barrat graduated from King's College London with a degree in English Literature. She later gained a diploma in Radio Production. Since then Barrat has appeared on Radio 2 and TalkSport. De Montfort Hall
De Montfort Hall is the largest music and performance venue in Leicester, England. It is situated adjacent to Victoria Park and is named after the "Father of Parliament", Simon de Montfort, Earl of Leicester. History The hall was built by the Corporation of Leicester in 1912 and 1913, and was opened to the public on 21 July 1913, at a cost of £21,000. The architect was Shirley Harrison (1876–1961), who also designed the Usher Hall in Edinburgh. He was the son of Stockdale Harrison, architect of Vaughan College. Its indoor auditorium seating capacity is approximately 2000, and the hall contains a pipe organ believed to be the only surviving example of a large concert organ by Leicester organ builders Stephen Taylor & Son Ltd.
