''Madden NFL 08'' is a 2007 American football video game based on the National Football League, NFL that was published by EA Sports and developed by EA Tiburon. It is the 19th installment in the ''Madden NFL'' video game franchise. It features the former Tennessee Titans quarterback Vince Young on the cover; San Diego Chargers defensive end Luis Castillo (American football), Luis Castillo was the cover athlete for the Spanish-language version. This was the first Madden game made for 11 different platforms, it was released on August 14, 2007, for Xbox 360, Wii, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, Nintendo DS, PlayStation Portable, Xbox (console), Xbox, GameCube and Microsoft Windows. There was also a version for Mac OS, Mac released on September 1, 2007. Vince Young
Vincent Paul Young Jr. (born May 18, 1983) is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for six seasons. Young was drafted by the Tennessee Titans as the third overall pick in the 2006 NFL Draft, and he was also selected to be the Madden NFL 08 , Madden '08 cover athlete. Young played college football at the University of Texas, where he is often mentioned among the greatest quarterbacks in NCAA history. As a junior, he won the Davey O'Brien Award, awarded annually to the best college quarterback in the nation. He finished second behind Reggie Bush in Heisman Trophy voting. Álvaro Martín is a Puerto Rican commentator who used to work for ESPN Deportes. He currently works for the NBA League Pass service, where he provides play-by-play usually accompanied by former basketball coach Carlos Morales, who has worked with him since he was at ESPN. Luis Alberto Castillo (born August 4, 1983), is a former American football defensive end in the National Football League (NFL). The San Diego Chargers were a professional American football team that played in San Diego from 1961 until the end of the 2016 season, before relocating to Los Angeles, where the franchise had played its inaugural 1960 season.
