Mac Faulkner
Mac Faulkner (born May 20, 1983) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre and a partner at McKinsey & Company Career Faulkner played the majority of his professional career in the ECHL, playing for the Long Beach Ice Dogs, Columbia Inferno, Reading Royals and Cincinnati Cyclones. He also played nine games in the American Hockey League, five for the Binghamton Senators, three for the Toronto Marlies and one for the Norfolk Admirals. In 2009, Faulkner moved to Europe and signed for Italian Serie A team HC Alleghe. After two seasons with Alleghe he moved to fellow Serie A team Ritten Sport. The centre (or center in the United States) in ice hockey is a forward (hockey), forward position of a player whose primary Hockey rink#Zones, zone of play is the middle of the ice, away from the sideboards. ECHL
The ECHL (formerly the East Coast Hockey League) is a mid-level professional ice hockey league based in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, with teams scattered across the United States and Canada. It is a tier below the American Hockey League (AHL). The ECHL and the AHL are the only minor leagues recognized by the collective bargaining agreement between the National Hockey League (NHL) and the National Hockey League Players' Association, meaning any player signed to an entry-level NHL contract and designated for assignment must report to a club in either the ECHL or the AHL. Additionally, the league's players are represented by the Professional Hockey Players' Association in negotiations with the ECHL itself. 2012–13 EIHL Season
The 2012–13 Elite Ice Hockey League season was the tenth season of the Elite Ice Hockey League. The regular season began on Saturday 8 September 2012 and ended on Sunday 24 March 2013, followed by the Play-Offs which culminated in the end-of-season Play-Off Finals on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 April 2013. The Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL), sometimes referred to as the British Elite League or, for sponsorship reasons, the Viaplay Elite League, is an ice hockey league in the United Kingdom. Italian Hockey League - Serie A, formerly known as Serie A, is the top tier of professional ice hockey in Italy, which first began play in 1925.
