Maayan (film)
''Maayan'' is a 2001 Indian Tamil-language drama film, directed by Nassar. The film stars himself, Roja and Vindhya, while Thalaivasal Vijay, Ranjitha and Vadivelu among others form an ensemble cast. Music for the film was composed by Deva and the film opened to mixed reviews in September 2001. Roja Selvamani
Roja Selvamani (born Sri Latha Reddy; 17 November 1972), also known as R. K. Roja or Lady Roja Selvamani, is an Indian politician and former actress. She is serving as the current Minister for Tourism, Culture and Youth Advancement of Andhra Pradesh. She was a leading actress in Telugu and Tamil films from 1991 to 2002. Thyagu (actor)
Thyagu (born 5 February 1958) is an Indian actor and comedian who appears in Tamil films. He is the grandson of violinist Kumbakonam Rajamanickam Pillai. Career Beginning as a protagonist, Thyagu played roles in ''Oru Thalai Ragam'' and '' Palaivana Solai'', before playing antagonistic roles in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Harini (singer)
Harini (born 30 April 1979) is an Indian film playback singer and classical singer who sings in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and Kannada films, working with many leading film composers. She is married to another playback singer, Tippu. Harini learnt Carnatic music from Gowri and Radha Viswanathan from the age of four. In her later years, she learned from Sudha Raghunathan and currently from Suguna Purushotthaman. She used to participate in school competitions and in one such competition which she won, A. R. Pulavar Pulamaipithan (6 October 1935 – 8 September 2021) was an Indian scholar, poet and lyricist who got recognition through the song "Naan yaar nee yaar" which was featured in the Tamil film ''Kudiyirundha Koyil'' in 1968. He briefly served as the presidium chairman of AIADMK from 2002 to 2003, when he resigned citing ill-health. Biography Pulamaipithan was born in Irugur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu on 6 October 1935. ''Marudhanayagam'' is an unfinished Indian historical drama film directed and produced by Kamal Haasan under his Raaj Kamal Films International banner.
