Maarjamõisa ( Estonian for ''" Mary's Manor"'') is a neighbourhood of Tartu, Estonia. It's located about 2 km southwest of the city centre, just north of Riia street (Jõhvi–Tartu– Valga road, E264). Tartu University Clinic
The Tartu University Clinic ( et, Tartu Ülikooli Kliinikum) is a healthcare and medical teaching service in Tartu, Estonia, and a subsidiary of the Tartu University. Its administrative services are located in two buildings on Puusepa Street; its buildings are located throughout the city of Tartu. As an exception, the Clinic's andrology clinic has a facility in Tallinn, on Gonsiori Street. The clinic is the largest employer in Tartu. The clinic had a pioneering role in the study of mental illnesses, as it was the world's first university clinic with a psychiatry department. Famous German psychiatrist Emil Kraepelin worked there. Ülenurme Parish
Ülenurme Parish ( et, Ülenurme vald) was a rural municipality in Tartu County, Estonia, directly south of Tartu. In 2017 the Government of Estonia (''Estonian: Vabariigi Valitsus'') decided to merge Ülenurme Parish into Kambja Parish by administrative reform. Ülenurme Parish Council did not wish to voluntarily join, challenging compulsory affiliation to the Supreme Court, but lost their case. There were four small towns in the rural municipality: Külitse, Räni, Tõrvandi, and Ülenurme. They account for 7/10 of the rural municipality's inhabitants. Ülenurme got its name from the Ülenurme manor built at the beginning of the 17th century. Due to the proximity to the city of Tartu, a large-scale real estate development took place in Ülenurme during the economic boom, resulting in the new housing estates of Männi, Aasa and Mõis.
