The MTV Europe Music Awards (originally named MTV European Music Awards, commonly abbreviated as MTV EMA) are awards presented by Paramount International Networks to honour artists and music in pop culture. It was originally conceived as an alternative to the MTV Video Music Awards, which are hosted annually in the United States. The Europe Music Awards are held every year in a different country; it has been hosted mostly in the United Kingdom. Sinplus is an alternative rock duo made up of brothers Ivan and Gabriel Broggini originally from Locarno, Switzerland. Music career Growing up in a music-addicted family, Ivan (guitar) and Gabriel (vocals) Broggini were musicians before they even knew it. 2019 MTV Europe Music Awards
The 2019 MTV EMAs (also known as the MTV Europe Music Awards) was held at the FIBES Conference and Exhibition Centre in Seville, Spain, on 3 November 2019. The ceremony's host was Becky G. This was the fourth year, as well as the second consecutive year, that Spain hosted the ceremony. It was also the first time a country hosted back-to-back editions. Zibbz (sometimes stylized as ZiBBZ) is a Swiss duo made of siblings Corinne and Stefan Gfeller. They represented Switzerland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 with the song "Stones". They are from Zürich, but are based in Los Angeles. Biography Zibbz was founded in 2008 by siblings Corinne "Coco" Gfeller (vocals) and Stefan "Stee" Gfeller (drums, keyboard). Lo & Leduc are a Swiss rap group from Bern. They broke through with a 2014 album called ''Zucker fürs Volk'', or "Sugar for the People". Career In Pacomé Lo und Leduc started in the middle 2005 as a Bernese dialect group known as ''Pacomé''. In 2007, the four-piece band's singer Luc Oggier had voice problems for half a year, and Lorenz Häberli was brought on as a substitute. He thereafter remained with the group as a permanent member. Pacomé published its first album in 2009. There were leftover songs that the two rappers, known as ''Lo & Luc'', published "Update 1.0" as a free download.
