MRT Yellow Line
The MRT Yellow Line is an elevated mass rapid transit line currently under construction in Bangkok and Samut Prakan Province, Thailand. The 30.4 km line will have 23 stations and cost 55 billion baht. The line was originally proposed in 2005 by the Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning to be a heavy rail underground line along Lat Phrao road and then elevated from Lam Sali junction to Samrong. However, it was decided in 2012 to build an elevated monorail line for the whole length in order to reduce construction costs. The MRT Yellow Line will provide mass transit along the heavily congested Lat Phrao road and Srinagarindra road corridors. Monorail
A monorail (from "mono", meaning "one", and "rail") is a railway in which the track consists of a single rail or a beam. Colloquially, the term "monorail" is often used to describe any form of elevated rail or people mover. MRT Blue Line
The MRT Blue Line ( th, รถไฟฟ้า สายสีน้ำเงิน) or MRT Chaloem Ratchamongkon Line ( th, รถไฟฟ้ามหานคร สายเฉลิมรัชมงคล) is Bangkok's third rapid transit line, following the Sukhumvit line and Silom line of the BTS Skytrain. Wuhu () is a prefecture-level city in southeastern Anhui province, China. The MRT Pink Line is an elevated mass rapid transit monorail train line under construction in Bangkok and Nonthaburi Province, Thailand. The monorail line will be long and have 30 stations.
