BMW M5
The BMW M5 is a high performance variant of the BMW 5 Series marketed under the BMW M sub-brand. It is considered an iconic vehicle in the sports sedan category. The majority of M5s have been produced in the sedan (saloon) body style, but in some countries the M5 was also available as a wagon (estate) from 1992 to 1995 and from 2006 to 2010. The first M5 model was hand-built in 1985 on the E28 535i chassis with a modified engine from the M1 that made it the fastest production sedan at the time. The M5 Motorway is a motorway located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia that is designated with the M5 route and forms part of the Sydney Orbital Network. The M5 route number comprises two connected parts, separately owned and operated: *The original section that opened in 1992 is titled M5 South–West Motorway, also known as M5 West, and is a toll road operated by Interlink Roads. Its southwestern terminus is south of an interchange near Prestons where the M5 meets the Westlink M7 and the M31 Hume Motorway. The M5 South-West Motorway eastern terminus is located to the east at an exit junction with King Georges Road at Beverly Hills. Port Elizabeth, like most South African cities, uses Metropolitan or "M" routes for important intra-city routes, a layer below National (N) roads and Regional (R) roads. Each city's M roads are independently numbered. These roads naturally interact with Port Elizabeth's N and R roads. The N2 enters Port Elizabeth from the west before veering north when it reaches the coastline of Algoa Bay. The R102 roughly parallels the N2, but runs further south, into the city centre before turning north. The R75 leaves the R102 as it begins leaving the city centre from the north, and heads in a roughly north-west direction towards Uitenhage. It then veers north skirting the town centre and continuing on towards Graaff-Reinet. The M5 is a long metropolitan route in the eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality, South Africa. It starts in KwaMashu in the north-western townships of Durban. It passes through the townships of KwaMashu, Newlands East, Newlands West, Ntuzuma and KwaDabeka. It then passes through the industrial town of New Germany and the leafy towns of Pinetown and Queensburgh before entering Durban and ending with the R102 in the Umbilo industrial area. Route The northern terminus of the M5 is at the M25 (to Inanda)/R102 (to Durban) off-ramp with the R102 (to Phoenix) in the Duffs Road suburb of KwaMashu. The M5 road is a metropolitan route in the City of Tshwane in Gauteng, South Africa. It connects Fountains Valley in southern Pretoria with Annlin in northern Pretoria via Sunnyside, Arcadia and Gezina. For much of its route, it is named Steve Biko Road. Route The M5 begins just north of Fountains Valley near Groenkloof, at a roundabout junction with the M7 route, M18 route and R21 Route (this roundabout is known as the ''Fountains Circle''). M5 is a long metropolitan route in the Greater Johannesburg metropolitan area in South Africa. It starts in Ridgeway in the southern suburbs of Johannesburg. It passes through Mayfair and Brixton before travelling through Melville, Roosevelt Park, Northcliff, Blackheath and traversing the N1 Western Bypass at Randpark Ridge. It passes under the N14 freeway near Muldersdrift passing through the agricultural holding before ending at Kromdraai Road in the Lindley Agricultural Holdings. The M5 is an expressway in Cape Town, South Africa. It connects the northern suburbs (Milnerton) to Muizenberg in the south, and crosses both the N1 and the N2. For part of its length, from the N1 interchange to Plumstead, it is a limited-access freeway (motorway). From Mowbray to Muizenberg, it is parallel to the M4 Main Road. Route The M5 begins at the Potsdam interchange with the N7 Highway in the suburb of Dunoon. It goes south-south-west as Potsdam Road and reaches a junction with the M14 (Blaauwberg Road), where it becomes Koeberg Road and becomes a dual carriageway. The N2 is a highway that runs from east to west through the town on its northern perimeter. It is South Africa's coastal highway linking East London to Port Elizabeth (via Grahamstown) and Durban. It intersects with the N6 coming from Bloemfontein to the north. This road changes name to the R72 and becomes a highway leading to East London's city centre, after which it veers east/west and becomes the alternative coastal road to Port Elizabeth (via Port Alfred) . The M5 is a motorway in England linking the Midlands with the South West England, South West. It runs from junction 8 of the M6 motorway, M6 at West Bromwich near Birmingham to Exeter in Devon. Heading south-west, the M5 runs east of West Bromwich and west of Birmingham through Sandwell Valley. It continues past Bromsgrove (and from Birmingham and Bromsgrove is part of the Birmingham Motorway Box), Droitwich Spa, Worcester, England, Worcester, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Bristol, Clevedon, Weston-super-Mare, Bridgwater, Taunton, terminating at junction 31 for Exeter.
