Mymensingh Zilla School
Mymensingh Zilla School, also known as MZS, is a boys' public secondary school.The school was established on 3 November, 1853 as Hardinge School during British Raj.It has its own century old reputation for providing quality education and producing ardent scholars. The school was started as an English medium back in 1846. At present, it's a Bangla medium school and the medium of instruction is Bengali. Since 1991 the school has been running two shifts, Morning and Day. The Morning shift starts at 7:30 am and ends at 12:00 pm. The Day shift starts at 12:30 pm and ends at 5:30 pm. The school has two nearby campuses: one is meant for academic and administrative buildings while the other is for school hostel. Mymensingh ( bn, ময়মনসিংহ) is the capital of Mymensingh Division, Bangladesh. Located on the bank of Brahmaputra River, about north of the national capital Dhaka, it is a major financial center and educational hub of north-central Bangladesh. Field Hockey
Field hockey is a team sport structured in standard hockey format, in which each team plays with ten outfield players and a goalkeeper. Cricket
Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a field at the centre of which is a pitch with a wicket at each end, each comprising two bails balanced on three stumps.
