Myllykosken Pallo -47, also referred to as MyPa, is a Finland, Finnish association football, football club based in Myllykoski, a part of the city of Kouvola. The club temporarily shut down after having ceased operations in 2015 due to financial difficulties, but returned in 2017 earning a place in the fourth tier. The club won back-to-back promotions to reach the second division in 2019. It then suffered consecutive relegations in 2020 and 2021, ending up in the fourth-tier of Finnish football league Kolmonen. Currently MyPa competes in Kakkonen, the fourth tier of Finnish football league system. History MyPa was founded in December 1947 in the village of Myllykoski in the then municipality of Sippola, which in 1975 became part of the town of Anjalankoski and since 2009 is part of Kouvola. The 2020 Ykkönen was the 49th season of Ykkönen, the second highest football league in Finland. The season began on 18 April 2020. New league format Ykkönen adopted a new league format for the 2020 season. The number of teams was raised from ten to twelve, and promotion series and relegation series will be played after the regular season. Each team will play against each other twice in the regular season. After the regular season the top six teams advanced to the Promotion Series which determines the champion and Veikkausliiga promotion places. The bottom six teams advanced to the relegation series. The 1st team from the Promotion Series will promote to the Veikkausliiga. The 3rd placed team from the Promotion Series plays against 4th placed team, and the winner of that match plays against 2nd placed team for place in the Veikkausliiga promotion play-offs against 11th placed team from Veikkausliiga. The 2019 Ykkönen was the 48th season of Ykkönen, the second highest football league in Finland. The season started on 27 April 2019. The winning team was qualified promoted to the 2020 Veikkausliiga, while the second-placed team played a play-off against the eleventh-placed team from Veikkausliiga to decide who would play in that division. The bottom team was relegated to Kakkonen. The Palloseura Kemi Kings is a Finnish football team based in the town of Kemi, that competes in the Kolmonen. The club have spent three seasons in the top flight in their history. History The club was established on October 21, 1999. Kemi Kings was created out of a merger between Kemin Palloseura (KePS), Kemin Pallotoverit-85 (KPT-85) and Visan Pallo. All three teams continue only as junior teams–having younger than B-juniors–while PS Kemi took over A and B juniors. The best achievement of PS Kemi Kings so far has been reaching eighth place in the Finnish Cup competition 2006. The team also played in Finnish Cup's small final, but lost it to Kultsu FC after the penalty shootout.
