Mykhailo Nechay
Mykhailo Mykhailovych Nechay ( uk, Миха́йло Миха́йлович Неча́й; 24 February 1930 – 15 July 2011) was a Ukrainian Hutsul molfar during the late 20th century and early 21st century. Commonly referred to as "the last molfar", Nechay has become known for his prophecies on Ukraine, predicting the fall of Viktor Yanukovych and the Russo-Ukrainian War. Early life Mykhailo Mykhailovych Nechay was born into a working-class family in the village of on 24 February 1930. He graduated from the regimental school in Uman. He served two years in the Soviet army in Armenia and Georgia. He lived in Verkhniy Yaseniv, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. According to Nechay, he was a descendant of Danylo Nechai, a Ukrainian commander during the Khmelnytsky Uprising. Ivan Mykolaichuk
Ivan Vasylyovych Mykolaichuk ( uk, Іван Васильович Миколайчук) (15 June 1941, Chortoryia, Ukrainian SSR – 3 August 1987) was a Ukrainian actor, producer, and screen writer. He is best known for playing the Hutsul Ivan in '' Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors'' (Тіні забутих предків) (1964), based on Mykhailo Kotsyubynsky's book of the same name. He received the Komsomol prize of Ukraine in 1967, and the title of ''Meritorious Artist of the Ukrainian SSR'' in 1968. He posthumously received the Taras Shevchenko prize. Donbas
The Donbas or Donbass (, ; uk, Донба́с ; russian: Донба́сс ) is a historical, cultural, and economic region in eastern Ukraine. The TSN or Television Service of News is a Ukrainian daily news program of 1+1 TV channel produced by 1+1 Media Group, broadcast from a television studio at their headquarters in Podil, Kyiv since 2013.
