Mychal Mulder
Mychal Mulder (born June 14, 1994) is a Canadian professional basketball player for the Sioux Falls Skyforce of the NBA G League. He played college basketball for Vincennes University and the Kentucky Wildcats. Early life Mulder is the son of Jennifer Gignac and Randy Mulder. His mother was an Executive Assistant at the local Utilities company and his father worked at General Motors before being forced to retire after a leg injury. Mulder was named after former NBA player Mychal Thompson, the father of Mulder's future Golden State teammate Klay Thompson. Mulder was raised in Windsor, Ontario, alongside an elder sister, Cynthia. He played basketball at Catholic Central High School, where he was coached by Pete Cusumano. Mulder was considered a Top 10 Canadian prospect in 2013. 2022–23 NBA G League Season
The 2022–23 NBA G League season is the 22nd season of the NBA G League, the minor league basketball league of the National Basketball Association (NBA). For the second consecutive season, the schedule will be split into two parts: the 18-game Showcase Cup which began on November 4, 2022, followed by a 32-game regular season which tips off on December 27. The NBA G League Finals will happen in April 2023. Structure The Showcase Cup began on November 4, 2022, and it will end with a single-elimination tournament to crown a champion at the G League's Winter Showcase from December 19 to 22. The Creighton Bluejays men's basketball team represents Creighton University of the NCAA Division I college basketball. The Detroit Mercy Titans men's basketball team is the college basketball team that represents University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, Michigan, and competes in NCAA Division I men's basketball as a member of the Horizon League. Mychal George Thompson (born January 30, 1955) is a Bahamian-American former basketball player. The top overall pick in the 1978 NBA draft, Thompson played the center position for the University of Minnesota and center and forward for the National Basketball Association's Portland Trail Blazers, San Antonio Spurs, and Los Angeles Lakers.
