Muskurahat (1992 Film)
''Muskurahat'' () is a 1992 Indian Hindi-language comedy-drama film directed by Priyadarshan, starring Jay Mehta, Revathi, Amrish Puri, Anil Dhawan, Sharat Saxena, Annu Kapoor and Jagdeep. It is a remake of Priyadarshan's own Malayalam film ''Kilukkam'' which itself was reported to have been inspired by the 1953 American movie ''Roman Holiday''. It was initially supposed to star Aamir Khan and Pooja Bhatt. Plot Gopichand Verma is a retired Judge of the Supreme Court of India settled in Ooty. Priyadarshan
Priyadarshan (born 30 January 1957) is an Indian film director, screenwriter and producer who works predominantly in Malayalam and Hindi films, while also having done six films in Tamil and two films in Telugu. He has done about 31 films in Hindi alone, the highest number of films done by any Hindi film director after David Dhawan. He was one of the first directors in India to introduce rich color grading, clear sound and quality dubbing through his early Malayalam films. Priyadarshan has also directed many advertisement films. Priyadarshan began his career in Malayalam cinema in the early 1980s and was active throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Towards 2000s, he moved to Bollywood (Hindi-language cinema) and remained active throughout the decade. Pooja Bhatt (born 24 February 1972) is an Indian film director, actress, voice over artist and film maker. Born into the Bhatt family, she is the daughter of Indian filmmaker, Mahesh Bhatt. Bhatt played her first leading role in Mahesh Bhatt's television film ''Daddy'' in 1989. For the film, she won the Filmfare Award for Lux New Face of the Year for Best Female Debut. Sadhana Sargam (née Ghanekar, born 7 March 1969) is an Indian singer known for her playback career in Indian cinema predominantly in Hindi, Bengali, Telugu and Tamil language films.
