Mushtaq Ahmed Minhas ( ur, مُشتاق احمد مِنہاس)(Born 12 August 1970) is a Pakistani politician who is former minister of Information, Tourism and Culture in the AJK assembly. He is a member of the 8th Legislative Assembly of AJK. Career Education Mushtaq Minhas studied at Forman Christian College, in Lahore, from where he gained a Bachelor of Arts degree. He was also the vice president of the students' union islami jamiat talba. Mushtaq Minhas received Master of Arts degree in Mass Communication from University of Punjab, Lahore. Journalism Minhas was a member of the federal executive council of PFUJ (Pakistan Federal Union of Journalist) and a founder of the National Press Club Islamabad. He is also a former president of the Rawalpindi-Islamabad Press Club. However, he was named by a PFUJ investigation committee of swallowing a copy of the PFUJ elections result and causing mayhem. BOL Network ( ur, ) is a media conglomerate based in Karachi owned by Shoaib Ahmed Shaikh who also served as the CEO and chairman of the media network. According to Declan Walsh Bol Network was under the auspices of the fake diploma mill Axact. The media group was supposed to incorporate television, digital media, cinema and theater as well as digital media, but when the parent company of Bol, Axact, was unmasked as a diploma mill selling fake degrees Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority revoked the licence that it had awarded BOL, and the network was not even able to start transmission. Pakistani journalist Kamran Khan was appointed as the editor in chief, but he quit after the Axact scandal surfaced and stated that his conscience did not let him be affiliated with such a network. Bolta Pakistan is a live current affairs talk show on AAJ TV. The show was originally hosted by Nusrat Javed and Mushtaq Minhas (from 7 May 2007 to 15 April 2010) and ran Monday through Friday from 11 PM to midnight (Pakistan Standard Time.) After the two anchors left, from 4 October 2010, Orya Maqbool Jan and Saleem Bukhari hosted the show on Monday and Tuesday, 11:00 PM to Midnight (Pakistan Standard Time).
