Murray Hill Theatre
The Murray Hill Theatre is a Christian music venue located in Jacksonville, Florida. It is an independent, 501(c) non-profit charitable organization that is not affiliated with any church or denomination. It first opened as a west side movie theater in 1949 until becoming a Christian music venue in 1995. It is the longest-running live music venue and nightclub in Jacksonville. Overview Murray Hill Theatre first opened in 1949 with Mayor W. Haydon Burns making an appearance for the opening gala. The first movie featured at the theatre was Red River. In 1994 the theatre became an industrial goth club called The Dungeon. In 1995 Tony Nasrallah purchased the theatre and transformed it into a Christian nightclub as a safe alternative to the bar and nightclub scene today. DecembeRadio
DecembeRadio was an American Christian rock band formed in 2003 and composed of bassist and lead vocalist Josh Reedy, lead guitarist Brian Bunn, rhythm guitarist Eric Miker and drummer Boone Daughdrill. Reedy, Bunn and Miker first ventured out on their own as DecembeRadio after a stint as touring band for evangelist Billy Wayne Arrington. After a year of gigging, DecembeRadio released two independent albums in early 2005. Following their signing with Slanted Records and the addition of Daughdrill on drums, the band released '' DecembeRadio'' in June 2006. My Epic is an American Christian rock band from Charlotte, North Carolina started in 2005. They released an independent EP in 2006 entitled ''This Is Rescue'', and two successive albums and one EP with Dreamt Records entitled ''I Am Undone'' (2008), ''Yet'' (2010) and 2011's ''Broken Voice'' EP. In 2013, the band released their debut album with Facedown Records entitled ''Behold'' that has seen commercial success. Brian Welch
Brian Philip Welch (born June 19, 1970), also known by his stage name Head, is an American musician. He is one of the guitarists and founding member of the nu metal band Korn and his solo project Love and Death, where he also provides vocals. Along with fellow Korn guitarist James "Munky" Shaffer, Welch helped develop Korn's distinctive sound (a mix of sirenlike shards of dissonant guitar that mimicked a turntablist's various effects and rumbling down-tuned riffing) that defined the nu metal aesthetic beginning in the mid-'90s.
