Murat Akhedzhak
Murat Kazbekovich Akhedzhak (russian: Мура́т Казбе́кович Ахеджа́к; July 18, 1962, village Pseytuk, Takhtamukaysky District, Adyghe Autonomous Oblast, Krasnodar Krai, USSR — December 7, 2010, Freiburg, Germany) was a Deputy Head of Administration of Krasnodar Krai in the 2002–2010. He was awarded medal (posthumously). He came from a princely family Akhedzhakov's. He graduated from Kuban State Technological University on speciality civil engineer (1983). Candidate of Technical Sciences. In May 2005, he was urgently hospitalized in a Krasnodar hospital with the diagnosis of Peritonitis, which turned out to be a complication of acute appendicitis (appendectomy). After that he was sent to the clinic in Freiburg, Germany, where he went a long course of treatment, moving through more than 30 operations. Appendicitis
Appendicitis is inflammation of the appendix. Symptoms commonly include right lower abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and decreased appetite. However, approximately 40% of people do not have these typical symptoms. Severe complications of a ruptured appendix include widespread, painful inflammation of the inner lining of the abdominal wall and sepsis. Peritonitis
Peritonitis is inflammation of the localized or generalized peritoneum, the lining of the inner wall of the abdomen and cover of the abdominal organs. Symptoms may include severe pain, swelling of the abdomen, fever, or weight loss. One part or the entire abdomen may be tender. Complications may include shock and acute respiratory distress syndrome. Causes include perforation of the intestinal tract, pancreatitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, stomach ulcer, cirrhosis, or a ruptured appendix. Risk factors include ascites (the abnormal build-up of fluid in the abdomen) and peritoneal dialysis. Diagnosis is generally based on examination, blood tests, and medical imaging. Adyghe Autonomous Oblast (russian: Адыге́йская автоно́мная о́бласть) was an autonomous oblast within Krasnodar Krai, Soviet Union. It existed from 1922 to 1991. Cherkess (Adyghe) Autonomous Oblast was established within the Russian SFSR on July 27, 1922, on the territories of Kuban-Black Sea Oblast primarily settled by the Adyghe people. At that time, Krasnodar was the administrative center. It was renamed Adyghe (Cherkess) Autonomous Oblast on August 24, 1922, soon after its creation.
