Mullassery
Mullassery is a village in Thrissur district in the state of Kerala, India. It is located west of District Headquarters Thrissur and from the state capital Thiruvanathapuram. It houses Parambanthali Mahadeva temple, Good Shepherd's Church and Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (Pudukkad North). The nearest railheads are at Guruvayoor and Thrissur. Nearby airports are Cochin International Airport and Calicut Airport. Mullassery has a wetland ecosystem which is known as Kole lands. These Kole lands are considered rice granaries. Mullassery is an agricultural village however, today majority of youth of this village are UAE expatriates. History The name of the village is derived from the words "Mullai and "Cheri". Atlas Ramachandran
M. M. Ramachandran (31 July 1942 – 2 October 2022), better known as Atlas Ramachandran, was an Indian jeweller, film producer and actor. He was the chairman of Atlas Jewellery and is known for the tagline of his jewellery, "Janakodikalude Vishwastha Sthapanam". He had produced and distributed films under the banner "Chandrakanth Films". ''Vaisali'' (1988) and ''Sukrutham'' (1994) are the major films that he has produced. Mithavaadi Krishnan
Changaramkumarath Krishnan Vakkeel was a community leader, banker, social reformer, and journalist from Kerala, India. He was a champion of implementing the revolutionary socialist reforms proposed by Sree Narayana Guru for the upliftment of the downtrodden people of Kerala. He was called Mithavathi―a minimalist―after the newspaper he published from 1913 to 1938 to spread the message of the reformist movement. He was well-educated and hailed from an influential family. Kerala Lalithakala Akademi
Kerala Lalithakala Academy for Fine Arts is an autonomous body which was established in 1962 to promote art and artistic heritage, based at Thrissur in Kerala. Murali Cheeroth is the newly appointed chairman of Kerala Lalitha Kala Akademi on 2022 January. Though the Government of Kerala provides funding and support for the academy, the administration of the academy is designed to be autonomous by its constitution. Kasturbai Mohandas Gandhi (, born Kasturbai Gokuldas Kapadia; 11 April 1869 – 22 February 1944) was an Indian political activist. She married Mohandas Gandhi, more commonly known as Mahatma Gandhi, in 1883. With her husband and her eldest son, Harilal, she was involved in the Indian independence movement in British India. Guruvayur () is a municipal temple town in Thrissur District, of Kerala State in India. It is a suburban town of Thrissur city, located from Thrissur towards the north-west.
