Mufti Baha-ud-Din Farooqi (1927 - 2014) was a Kashmiri lawyer, jurist and political figure who served as the 12th Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir. The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh is the common high court for union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
