Mrinmoy Bhowmick ( bn, মৃন্ময় ভৌমিক) is an Indian documentary filmmaker best known for critically acclaimed documentary film ''I Can Love Too'' (2011). Background Mrinmoy Bhowmick is a qualified journalist and documentary director-producer based in India. He has a deep rooted interest in highlighting the issues and challenges of People with Disability (PWD) and his past work on the lines are a testimony to the fact. Most of his earlier films have dealt with social issues related to Disability and Child rights. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (), or SSA, is an Indian Government programme aimed at the universalisation of Elementary education "in a time bound manner", the 86th Amendment to the Constitution of India making free and compulsory education to children between the ages of 6 to 14 (estimated to be 206 million children in 2001) a fundamental right (Article- 21A).
