Sandra Navarro Gillette (born September 16, 1974), known mononymously as Gillette, is an American singer and rapper active in mid-1990s and early 2000s. She is best known for her 1994 worldwide hit "Short Dick Man", a song released alongside the production team 20 Fingers. 20 Fingers is the name of an American production team consisting of producers and DJs Carlos "Charlie Babie" Rosario, Manfred "Manny" Mohr, J.J. Flores and Onofrio Lollino. They were popular in the mid-1990s for producing a series of pop, dance and rap songs, many of which were distinguished by their humorous or risqué lyrics. The European Dance Radio Chart (also known as European Dance Radio Top 25) was a weekly chart compiled by pan-European magazine ''Music & Media''.
