Movie Masters is an action figure toyline from Mattel based on popular movie franchises, most notably DC Comics. The line has featured characters from the films ''Superman'', ''Avatar'', ''The Dark Knight'' trilogy, ''Green Lantern'', and '' Man of Steel''. Figures in the line are sculpted by Four Horsemen Studios, who also sculpted figures for Mattel's DC Superheroes and DC Universe Classics lines. 6" figures ''The Dark Knight'' In June 2008, these figures are based on the film ''The Dark Knight'' and its predecessor ''Batman Begins''. An action figure is a poseable character (arts), character model figure made most commonly of plastic, and often based upon characters from a film, comic book, military, video game or television program; fictional or historical. The Scarecrow is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by Bill Finger and Bob Kane, and debuted in ''World's Finest Comics'' #3 in September 1941. The Scarecrow is depicted as one of the most enduring enemies of the superhero Batman and belongs to the collective of adversaries that make up his List of Batman family enemies#Classic rogues gallery, rogues gallery. In his comic book appearances, the Scarecrow is the alter ego of Jonathan Crane, a brilliant professor of psychology turned criminal mastermind. Parallax is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Publication history Created by writer Ron Marz and artist Darryl Banks for ''Green Lantern'' vol. 3 #48 (January 1994), Parallax was originally devised as the new supervillain identity for then-former Green Lantern protagonist Hal Jordan.
