Mount Roland Conservation Area
Mount Roland is a locality, a mountain, and a conservation area in the north west coast region of Tasmania, Australia. The mountain is near the town of Sheffield. The peak rises to above sea level and there are a number of well-marked bushwalks suitable for a day of pleasant exercise. There are long established walking tracks from both Claude Road and Gowrie Park to the summit. A Mount Roland cable car has been proposed for the mountain on several occasions. Kentish Council
Kentish Council is a local government body in Tasmania, situated in the north-west of the state, to the south and inland from Devonport. Kentish is classified as a rural local government area and has a population of 6,324, the major towns of the municipality are Sheffield, Railton and Wilmot.
