Mount Joy GO Station is a railway station and bus station in the GO Transit network located in the City of Markham, Ontario, Canada. It is located in the community of Mount Joy, north of the old town of Markham, at the intersection of Markham Road and Bur Oak Avenue and is a stop on the Stouffville line train service. It is also the northern terminus of most of the Stouffville line's off-peak train services. Warden (TTC)
Warden is a station on Line 2 Bloor–Danforth of the Toronto subway in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located at the southeast corner of St. Clair Avenue East and Warden Avenue. The station is located perpendicular to St. Clair Avenue East, and is the only Line 2 station with a north–south alignment. The station opened in 1968 and was the eastern terminus of the line until 1980. Description The station building has three levels: the subway platform is on the upper floor, fare gates and the concourse are found above street level, and the pedestrian entrance is on the lower floor. Finch is the northern terminus subway station of the eastern section of Line 1 Yonge–University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located under Yonge Street, north of Finch Avenue. Cornell Terminal is a York Region Transit bus terminus on a site immediately south of Markham Stouffville Hospital in Markham, Ontario, Canada. The station opened in September 2022 and includes a passenger pick-up and drop-off area, a public plaza, and future retail space. Stouffville Line
Stouffville is one of the seven train lines of the GO Transit system in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. Its southern terminus is Union Station in Toronto, and its northern terminus is (formerly "Lincolnville") in Whitchurch-Stouffville. There are connections from almost every station to Toronto Transit Commission or York Region Transit bus services. During peak periods on weekdays, trains operate approximately twice per hour over the entire route, but in the peak direction only. Mount Joy, Ontario
Mount Joy is a community located in the north part of Markham, Ontario, Markham, Ontario, Canada near Highway 48 (Ontario), Highway 48 and York Regional Road 73, 16th Avenue and part of the former Township of Markham. Mount Joy became a police village in 1907, but absorbed into Markham Village in 1915. A non-farm settlement developed on Main Street North and Peter Street from Beech Street to 16th Avenue. Like Quantztown, Ontario, Quantztown, the former farm land in the area has given way to new homes.
