Mount Grammos
Gramos ( sq, Gramoz, Mali i Gramozit; rup, Gramosta, Gramusta; el, Γράμος or Γράμμος) is a mountain range on the border of Albania and Greece. The mountain is part of the northern Pindus mountain range. Its highest peak, at the border of Albania and Greece, is . The region is inhabited by Albanians, Aromanians and Greeks. The brown bear occurs in the region. Geography The Gramos is situated on the borders of the Kolonjë district of Albania and the Ioannina and Kastoria regional units of Greece. Three ridges join at its highest peak, running towards the north, southwest, and east. The Gramos is drained towards the west by the river Osum, towards the northwest by the Devoll, towards the northeast by the Aliakmonas and towards the south by the Sarantaporos. Mali I Gramës
Mali i Gramës is a mountain in the Albanian part of the Korab mountain range. Mali i Gramës reaches a height of 2,345 metres high. Around the mountain are many lakes including the largest lake on Mount Korab which also shares the name 'Gramë'. It around one and a half kilometres west of Mount Korab itself, to which it is connected to the main part of the mountain by a long ridge. Gramë refers to the peak itself, but also the entire southwestern spur of the Korab range, which is about eight kilometres long. In the north, the Gramë stream flows through a deep canyon to a terrace. To the east of this is Lake Gramë (c. 1750 metres above sea level). There are several gypsum deposits in the region around Gramë. Natural monuments in the region include the Karst i Malit të Bardhë, the Selenium deposit at Pasqyrat e Gramës, and the cirque at Bjeshka e Zonjave. Devoll (river)
Devoll ( sq, Devoll; sq-definite, Devolli) is a river in southern Albania. It is one of the source rivers of Seman. It is long and its drainage basin is . Its average discharge is . Its source is in the southwestern corner of the Devoll municipality, close to the Greek border. It flows initially northeast, through Miras, then north through Bilisht, and northwest through Progër, Pojan (in the northern ''Korçë Plain'' which was marshy until after the World War II), Maliq, Moglicë, Kodovjat, Gramsh, where it is stowed in a big lake and Gostimë, where it turns south. Ostrovicë or Mali i Ostrovicës is a mountain range located in the south-eastern part of Albania. Ostrovicë contains one long ridge containing many peaks above , the highest reaching the height of above sea level. Voio ( el, Βόιο, ''Vóio''; grc, Βόιον - ''Boeon'') is a mountain range in the southwestern Kastoria and western Kozani regional units in Greece. The mountain is part of the Pindus mountains. Smolikas
Mount Smolikas ( el, Σμόλικας; rup, Smolcu) is a mountain in the Ioannina regional unit, northwestern Greece. At a height of 2,637 metres above sea level, it is the highest of the Pindus Mountains, and the second highest mountain in Greece after Mount Olympus. The mountain consists of ophiolite rocks. During several periods in the Pleistocene the northern and eastern cirques and valleys were glaciated. The last glaciers of this area retreated around 11,500 years ago. Plikati ( el, Πληκάτι, al, Plikat, rup, Plikati) is a village in the municipal unit of Mastorochoria, Ioannina regional unit, Greece. It is one of the northernmost villages in Epirus. Starje is a village in the Korçë County in southeastern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality Kolonjë. Originally the name was ''Plakas'' meaning ''old'' in Albanian. The village's population religiously belongs to the Bektashi order while there are also some Orthodox Christians. Gramos, Greece
Gramos ( el, Γράμος, rup, Gramosta) is a remote mountain village and a former municipality in Kastoria regional unit, Macedonia, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the Nestorio municipality as a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 59.422 km2. Population 18 (2011).
