Most Wanted (FBI)
"Most Wanted" is the eighteenth episode of the first season of ''FBI''. It aired on April 2, 2019. The episode was written by René Balcer and directed by Fred Berner. The episode was also the backdoor pilot for '' FBI: Most Wanted''. The episode's story is based on FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives "Robert William Fisher". Plot ICE Deportation Officer Thomas Gilman kills his family consisting of his wife, Connie and two young children, Ray and Mia before fleeing. The next day, his house is destroyed in an explosion that leaves one of his neighbors dead and two in the ICU. Local police summon FBI Special Agents Maggie and O.A. to the scene where they discover Gilman isn't dead but has actually fled in a car belonging to his wife. ''FBI'' is an American crime drama television series created by Dick Wolf and Craig Turk that airs on CBS, where it premiered on September 25, 2018. The ''FBI'' franchise (also called The ''FBI''s) is an American media franchise composed of three television series that are currently broadcast on CBS. It began with the premiere of ''FBI'' in 2018 and has since been expanded with spin-offs '' FBI: Most Wanted'' and '' FBI: International''. Dick Wolf created ''FBI'' with Craig Turk and ''FBI: International'' with Derek Haas, while ''FBI: Most Wanted'' was created by René Balcer. All three series are produced by Wolf Entertainment and deal with different aspects of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Leroy Jethro Gibbs is a fictional character and the original protagonist of the CBS TV series '' NCIS'', portrayed by Mark Harmon. Robert William Fisher
Robert William Fisher (born April 13, 1961) is an American fugitive wanted for allegedly killing his family and blowing up the house in which they lived in Scottsdale, Arizona, on April 10, 2001. Fisher served in the United States Navy and later worked as a firefighter and in the medical field. He married Mary Cooper in 1987, and they had two children, Bobby and Brittney. The Fishers had a difficult family life. Robert Fisher was described as displaying cruel and controlling conduct towards his family, and on many occasions was reported to have exhibited disturbing and violent behavior. He was unfaithful to his wife at least once. His own parents had divorced when Fisher was 15, and this was believed to have played a role in the difficulties that he later experienced. The FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives is a most wanted list maintained by the United States's Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The list arose from a conversation held in late 1949 between J. Edgar Hoover, Director of the FBI, and William Kinsey Hutchinson, International News Service (the predecessor of the United Press International) editor-in-chief, who were discussing ways to promote capture of the FBI's "toughest guys". This discussion turned into a published article, which received so much positive publicity that on March 14, 1950, the FBI officially announced the list to increase law enforcement's ability to capture dangerous fugitives.
