Mosque (band)
Shaun William Keaveny (born 14 June 1972) is a British broadcaster who presented the Breakfast Show on radio station BBC Radio 6 Music for 11 years, and the afternoon show for a further 3 years. Education and early life Keaveny grew up on the Higher Folds housing estate in Leigh, Lancashire. He attended St Mary's Catholic High School, Astley and then Trinity and All Saints College in Leeds. Career Keaveny joined the BBC and presented the weekday afternoon show (Monday-Thursday) and the Friday breakfast show on XFM London until 2006. Keaveny joined BBC Radio 6 Music in 2007 and presented its late evening show until April 2007. He began presenting the BBC 6 Music Breakfast Show on 2 April 2007. Latitude Festival
The Latitude Festival is an annual music festival that takes place in Henham Park, near Southwold, Suffolk, England. It was first held in July 2006 and has been held every year since, apart from 2020, when it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, the festival went ahead as part of the government's live event pilot scheme, and was the UK's first full-capacity festival since 2019. The festival presents musicians, bands and artists across four stages - the Obelisk Arena, the BBC Sounds Stage, the Sunrise Arena and the Alcove. The festival also includes theatre, art, comedy, cabaret, poetry, politics, dance and literature. The festival is run by Festival Republic (formerly the Mean Fiddler Group), which also runs the Reading and Leeds festivals. Matt Everitt
Matt Stephen Everitt (born Matthew Stephen Bloor, 13 September 1972) is an English producer, writer and presenter. He co-founded the production company Cup & Nuzzle and appears on BBC Radio 6 Music and BBC Radio 2. He was a drummer for Britpop band Menswear and The Montrose Avenue in the 1990s. Career Music Everitt replaced the original drummer of Menswear before their first release. They signed to London Records after their fifth gig for £90,000 and had five top 40 hits. Everitt left the band in 1997 to join The Montrose Avenue. They released one Top 40 album and split in 2000. Radio Everitt began his career in radio in 2002 on Xfm, where he presented various shows and documentaries. Mark Goodier
Mark Goodier (born 9 June 1961) is a British radio disc jockey best known for his time on BBC Radio 1 between 1987 and 2002. He had two spells presenting the station's Top 40 singles chart, from 1990 to 1992 and from 1995 until 2002. He also had a stint on ''Radio 1 Breakfast'' during 1993. He currently presents the mid-morning show between 10am and 1pm on Greatest Hits Radio. Goodier has also presented shows on BBC Radio 2, Classic FM, 102.2 Smooth Radio and Real Radio, and appeared on BBC television as a recurring presenter of ''Top of the Pops'' between 1988 and 1996. Liza Tarbuck ( ; born 21 November 1964) is an English actress, comedian, and television and radio presenter. Early life Liza Tarbuck was born in Liverpool. She is the daughter of comedian Jimmy Tarbuck and his wife Pauline, with an older sister, Cheryl, and a younger brother, James. Maida Vale Studios is a complex of seven BBC sound studios, of which five are in regular use, in Delaware Road, Maida Vale, west London. It has been used to record thousands of classical music, popular music and drama sessions for BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio 3, BBC Radio 4 and BBC Radio 6 Music from 1946 to the present. On 30 October 2009, BBC Radio 1 celebrated ''75 Years of Maida Vale'' by exclusively playing 75 tracks recorded at the studios over the years.
