is the sixth single by Japanese singer/songwriter Chisato Moritaka. The lyrics were written by Moritaka and the music was composed by Hideo Saitō. The single was released by Warner Pioneer on February 25, 1989. The full title of the single is , a remix of "Stress" with Middle Eastern-style synthesizer arrangements. Background During a rehearsal in the middle of her first national tour in 1988, Moritaka suffered abdominal pain and had to be hospitalized for a week after being diagnosed with acute enteritis. Her doctor told her that the inflammation was caused by mental stress. As a result, the experience inspired her to write "The Stress". Music video The music video features Moritaka as a waitress having to deal with all kinds of customers at a ramen restaurant while visualizing her stress as a ghostly entity watching her. Hideo Saitō (musician, Born 1958)
, is a Japanese musician and composer, best known for his collaborations with Chisato Moritaka from 1987 to 1995. He is also the producer of the musical cat group Musashi's. Career After graduating from Keio University, Saitō formed the band "You" in 1980 before pursuing a career as a music producer. Since his work on Chisato Moritaka's debut album '' New Season'', he has composed more than 60 songs for her. He has also played guitar in over 1,000 recordings for different artists. In 1993, Saitō became the first Japanese composer to release songs in South Korea. Saitō served as a judge in the NTV talent show from 2005 to 2010. There, he discovered Koji Higashino on the March 3, 2010 episode. In June 2010, Saitō joined keyboardist Minoru Mukaiya and vocalist Keizo Nakanishi in the band as guitarist and producer. Kenichi Kurosawa
was a Japanese musician and record producer from Hitachi, Ibaraki. His younger brother is Hideki Kurosawa, who is also a musician. Biography In a contest participating in an amateur band during his school days, a special prize was given from Tetsuya Komuro (later became LR's "(I Wanna) Be With You"). That song began as an opportunity, and later debuted as a composer at the age of nineteen. He provided songs to Yoko Minamino and Nami Shimada.
