Hauts-de-France (; pcd, Heuts-d'Franche; , also ''Upper France'') is the northernmost Regions of France, region of France, created by the territorial reform of French regions in 2014, from a merger of Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Picardy. Carlos David Morel (born 2 February 1987) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Deportivo Laferrere. Career Morel joined Boca Juniors' youth set-up from Resistencia Central in 2001. In July 2008, Morel completed a move to Chacarita Juniors of Primera B Nacional. Carlos Morel (12 February 1813 – 10 September 1894) was a prominent Argentine painter in the nineteenth century, known as the first truly Argentine painter. Early years Carlos Morel was born in Buenos Aires on 12 February 1813, the son of José María Morel y Pérez and Juliana Miró. His father was a wealthy Spanish merchant and his mother was daughter of a customs official. His father died on 6 June 1825. Carlos and his brother Estanislao both entered their late father's business at an early age. Morel entered the art school of the University of Buenos Aires in 1827, studying under the Swiss José Guth, and graduating in 1830 at the age of seventeen. He then spent another year under the Italian Pablo Caccianiga. One of his classmates was Fernando García del Molino, who later helped him on some of his works. Camille de Morel (1547–1611) was a 16th-century French poet and writer. Early life Morel was born in Paris in 1547. Although the exact date is not known, she was baptized on September 18, 1547. Her baptism was at the church of Saint-André-des-Arts. Morel's father was Jean de Morel, and her mother was Antoinette de Loynes. Jean de Morel was the Sieur de Grigny making him a lower aristocrat, and he travelled around, settling in Paris where he held important positions in the household of Henry II and Catherine de Medicis. Bénédict Augustin Morel (22 November 1809 – 30 March 1873) was a French psychiatrist born in Vienna, Austria. He was an influential figure in the field of degeneration theory during the mid-19th century. Biography Morel was born in Vienna, Austria in 1809, of French parents. In the aftermath of the War of the Sixth Coalition Morel was abandoned by his parents, and left with the Luxembourgish Abbé Dupont and his servant Marianne, who raised him. Morel received his education in Paris, and while a student, supplemented his income by teaching English and German classes. In 1839 he earned his medical doctorate, and two years later became an assistant to psychiatrist Jean-Pierre Falret (1794–1870) at the Salpêtrière in Paris. Antoine Léon Morel, later Morel-Fatio (1810–1871) was a French naval painter, Peintre officiel de la Marine, curator of the naval and ethnographic museum of the Louvre, and mayor of the 20th arrondissement of Paris. He added Fatio in 1844 to distinguish himself from a businessman of the same name. It was apparently in reference to a Swiss branch of the family. Alfred Paul Victor Morel-Fatio (9 January 1850 in Strasbourg, France – 10 October 1924 in Versailles, France) was the leading French Hispanist of his time, educated at École des chartes, Paris. San Pedro () is a department of Paraguay. The capital is the city of San Pedro de Ycuamandiyú. History During the 17th and 18th centuries there was even greater political and population instability than in Concepción. The Mbayá and Payagua native tribes threatened all the area between the Ypané (in the north) and Manduvirá (in the south) Rivers and the valley by the Jejuí River.
