In September 2017, Warner Music Group acquired Spinnin' Records for over $100 million. Klubbheads is a team of dance music producers and DJs from the Netherlands. Beatfreakz (also spelled BeatFreakz) were a Dutch house group consisting of members Dennis Christopher, Dimitrie Siliakus and Mark Simmons. For a period of time, Errol Lafleur was also part of the group. History The group was founded in 2000 by Dennis Christopher (born Dennis C. de Laat, Amsterdam), Dimitrie Siliakus (born 1978, The Hague) and Mark Simmons (born Mark Nieuwenhuijzen, Amsterdam). The group's first big hit was a song making prominent use of a sample from Rockwell's hit "Somebody's Watching Me". Instead of using the original voice of Rockwell, aka Kenneth Gordy, they used the voice of Dennis Delano, a Dutch singer. "Hot Stuff" is a song by American singer Donna Summer from her seventh studio album '' Bad Girls (Donna Summer album), Bad Girls'' (1979), produced by English producer Pete Bellotte and Italian producer Giorgio Moroder and released as the lead single from ''Bad Girls'' in 1979 through Casablanca Records. The Dutch Top 40 ( nl, Nederlandse Top 40) is a weekly music chart compiled by ''Stichting Nederlandse Top 40''. It started as a radio program titled "Veronica Top 40", on the offshore station Radio Veronica in 1965. It remained "The Veronica Top 40" until 1974, when the station was forced to stop broadcasting. Joost den Draaijer initiated the Top 40 in the Netherlands. The show currently airs on Fridays from 2 to 6 PM on Qmusic. History On January 2, 1965, the first Top 40 was compiled, with its first #1 hit "''I Feel Fine''" by The Beatles. In September 1974, the Stichting Nederlandse Top 40 bought the Top 40 and named it ''De Nederlandse Top 40''. The Dutch Single Top 100 or Single Top 100 is a Dutch chart, based on official physical single sales, legal downloads and since July 2013 streaming and composed by Dutch Charts. It is one of the three official charts, the other two being the Dutch Top 40 and the Mega Top 30. The difference is that these charts also include airplay data. The list is especially intended for the music industry and those who take an interest in charts. In Dutch TV programmes the ''Single Top 100'' is often cited, although it has not been broadcast since December 2006.
