A unitary enterprise (russian: унитарное предприятие) is a government-owned corporation in Russia and some other post-Soviet states. Unitary enterprises are business entities that have no ownership rights to the assets that they use in their operations. Russian National Commercial Bank (russian: Российский национальный коммерческий банк) is a bank operating mostly in Crimea. It has over 200 branches as of 2015, making it the most widespread bank in Crimea. RNKB is based in Simferopol and owned by the Federal Agency for State Property Management. The bank was assigned an ''A'' rating by the Russian ACRA rating agency. Originally a subsidiary of VTB, it was acquired by the Crimean government weeks after the peninsula was annexed by Russia. While the bank has no formal ties to the VTB Group, its establishment as a separate entity was seen as a way to avoid the effect of sanctions. Zhuk-class Patrol Boat
The Zhuk-class patrol boat, also known as Project 1400M "Grif", is a small border patrol vessel of less than 40 ton displacement built in the Soviet Union and later in Ukraine. Over 300 boats were built between 1969 and 1991. Out of those, 110 were sold to 23 other countries. Exact numbers are unknown, but they were widely exported by the Soviet Union in addition to use in home waters as harbor patrol. The vessels were excellent for this task thanks to a cheap design for mass production. With only a single simple radar unit and manually-aimed machine guns, they made ideal patrol boats. The dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, and the abolition of its primary user the, KGB Maritime Guard, it was taken over by the Russian Federal Coast Guard. The Soviet designation Project 1241 ''Molniya'' (russian: Молния, , Lightning) are a class of Russian missile corvettes (large missile cutters in Soviet classification). They have the NATO reporting name Tarantul (not to be confused with the , whose official Soviet name is also Project 205P ''Tarantul''). These ships were designed to replace the Project 205M ''Tsunami'' missile cutter (NATO: ). Development In the late 1970s, the Soviets realised the need for a larger, more seaworthy craft with better gun armament and higher positioned air search radars. The need for these improvements was underscored by the First Gulf War, when 12 Iraqi Osa-I-class missile boats were destroyed or damaged by short ranged Sea Skua anti-ship missiles. Sarancha-class Missile Boat
The Sarancha class is the NATO reporting name for a hydrofoil missile boat built for the Soviet Navy. The Soviet designation was ''Project 1240 Uragan'' (Серия 1240 Ураган- Hurricane). Design The boat was a very complex design. Unlike previous Soviet hydrofoil boats the Project 1240 had fully submerged foils with propellers mounted on the after set of foils. The boat achieved a speed of and had a heavy armament. It was deemed too large, complex and expensive for series production and only a prototype boat was built. Missile boat MRK-5 The MRK-5 (МРК-5) was laid down at the Petrovski plant in Leningrad in 1973 and was on trials until 1977. In 1979, she was transferred to the Black Sea Fleet via Russian inland waterways. She was based in Sevastopol until 1990, when she was decommissioned. Grisha-class Corvette
The Grisha class, Soviet designation Project 1124 ''Al'batros'', are a series of anti-submarine corvettes built by the Soviet Union between 1970 and 1990 and later by Russia and Ukraine. These ships have a limited range and are largely used only in coastal waters. They have been equipped with a variety of ASW weapons and an SA-N-4 'Gecko' surface-to-air missile launcher. All were fitted with retractable fin stabilizers.
