Darko Lungulov is a Serbian-American film director, screenwriter, and film producer. Biography Born in Belgrade, Serbia. Lungulov graduated from the City College of New York with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, B.F.A. in film and video. In 2004, his documentary Escape won the Audience Award at the Hamptons International Film Festival. It was then screened at the IDFA (film festival), IDFA, Leipzig, and GoEast film festivals. Lungulov's debut feature, ''Here and There (2009 film), Here and There'', won the Best NY Narrative Award at the 2009 Tribeca Film Festival. ''Enclave'' ( sr, / ) is a 2015 internationally co-produced propaganda drama film directed by Goran Radovanović. It was one of six films shortlisted by Serbia to be their submission for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film at the 88th Academy Awards but it was not nominated. On 3 September 2015 it was selected to represent Serbia for the Foreign Language Oscar. The main theme of the film is life of Kosovo Serbs in small isolated ethnic enclaves. Plot The film follows a young Serbian boy named Nenad, who was living in a ghetto that was the product of a previous war. Rather than having a linear plot line, the film focuses on the different unfortunate events in Nenad's life, sometimes revisiting past events.
