Montrae Holland
Montrae Rondrell Holland (born May 21, 1980) is a former American football offensive guard in the National Football League for the New Orleans Saints, Denver Broncos and Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at Florida State Seminoles football, Florida State University. Early years Holland was born in Jefferson, Texas with a defect in his right leg which he had corrected in seventh grade. They had to break his leg and fuse his growth plates together on both legs which stunted his growth which made it so he could not grow anymore. Guard (American Football)
In gridiron football, a guard (G), otherwise known as an offensive guard (OG), is a player who lines up between the center and the tackles on the offensive line of a football team on the line of scrimmage used primarily for blocking. Right guards (RG) is the term for the guards on the right of the offensive line, while left guards (LG) are on the left side. Guards are to the right or left of the center. The guard's job is to protect the quarterback from the incoming linemen during pass plays, as well as creating openings (holes) for the running backs to head through. In American football, the specific role that a player takes on the field is referred to as their "position". Under the modern rules of American football, both teams are allowed 11 players on the field at one time and have "unlimited free substitutions", meaning that they may change any number of players during any "dead ball" situation. Matt Tennant
Matthew H. Tennant (born March 19, 1987) is a former American football center for the National Football League (NFL). He attended Boston College. Tennant was considered one of the best centers available for the 2010 NFL Draft. He was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the 5th round with the 158th overall selection, and played with the Saints for two years. Chris Kuper (born December 19, 1982) is a former American football offensive guard for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL). The Broncos selected him in the fifth round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played college football for the University of North Dakota. He is currently the offensive line coach for the Minnesota Vikings. Jermane Timothy Mayberry (born August 29, 1973) is an American former professional football player who was an offensive guard in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected in the first round of the 1996 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles. During the beginning of his career, Mayberry played several positions along the offensive line before settling in at right guard for the majority of his tenure. Dulymus Jenod "Deuce" McAllister (born December 27, 1978) is an American former football running back who played eight seasons for the New Orleans Saints in the National Football League (NFL).
