Monika Schneider
Monika Schneider (born 12 August 1983) is a former professional tennis player from Poland. Biography Schneider, who was born in Siedlce, was ranked as high as 19th in the world during her junior career, which included wins over Jelena Janković and Svetlana Kuznetsova. A right-handed player, she played in two Fed Cup ties for Poland, against Slovenia and Romania in 2000. On the professional tour, she won two ITF doubles titles, both partnering Olga Brózda Olga Brózda (; born 26 January 1986) is an inactive Polish tennis player. As a professional, her career-high WTA rankings are 281 in singles, achieved in April 2008, and 135 in doubles, set in August 2009. She reached twelve finals on the ITF W .... Her last performance on the ITF Circuit was in November 2005. Based in the UAE, Schneider works as a coach at Dubai's Elite Tennis Academy. Siedlce
Siedlce [] ( yi, שעדליץ ) is a city in eastern Poland with 77,354 inhabitants (). Situated in the Masovian Voivodeship (since 1999), previously the city was the capital of a separate Siedlce Voivodeship (1975–1998). The city is situated between two small rivers, the Muchawka and the Helenka, and lies along the European route E30, around east of Warsaw. It is the fourth largest city of the Voivodeship, and the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Siedlce. Siedlce is a local educational, cultural and business center. History The city, which is a part of the historical province of Lesser Poland, was most probably founded some time before the 15th century, and was first mentioned as ''Siedlecz'' in a document issued in 1448.
