Monica Sims
Monica Louie Sims (27 October 1925 – 20 November 2018) was a British BBC Radio producer who became Head of Children's Programmes, BBC Television then Controller of BBC Radio 4. She was also a Vice-President of the British Board of Film Classification, and Director of the Children's Film Foundation.Mini biography

A radio producer oversees the making of a radio show. The job title covers several different job descriptions: *Content producers or executive producers oversee and orchestrate a radio show or feature. The content producer might organize music choices, guests and callers for a talk radio show or competitions, timings and overall show content. *Creative producers, imaging specialists or imaging producers ("Imaging" in the radio business relates to brand management rather than visual material) produce audio content for the show, such as sound clips used on the show and "promo clips" (radio commercials and commercial bumpers used on the same station to promote the show). *The board operator or technical operator operates the technical controls—such as sound volume levels, recording software and switchboard. Edward Barnes (television Executive)
Edward Campbell Barnes (8 October 1928 – 8 September 2021) was a British television executive, and producer at the BBC. He was credited with creating the children's television programme ''Newsround''. Biography Barnes was a co-creator of '' Blue Peter'' in 1958, and the programme's assistant director. Later, he was a producer of the series. It was Barnes, with colleague Biddy Baxter, who in late 1962 toured London pet shops after the show's mongrel puppy died and a clandestine substitute (soon known as Petra) was needed so as not to needlessly upset young viewers. BBC Television

Martha Kearney
Martha Catherine Kearney (born 8 October 1957) is a British-Irish journalist and broadcaster. She was the main presenter of BBC Radio 4's lunchtime news programme ''The World at One'' for 11 years, and in April 2018 became a presenter of the early morning ''Today'' programme. Early life Kearney was born in Dublin, and brought up in an academic environment; her father, the historian Hugh Kearney, taught first at Sussex and later at Edinburgh universities. She was educated at St Joseph's (later St Wilfrid's) Catholic School, Burgess Hill, Sussex, during her primary-school years, briefly attended Brighton and Hove High School and then completed her secondary education at George Watson's Ladies College in Edinburgh. Ian McIntyre
Ian McIntyre (9 December 1931 – 19 April 2014) was a British BBC Radio producer, journalist, broadcaster and author. who was Controller of BBC Radio 4 from 1976 to 1978 and then Controller of BBC Radio 3 between 1978 and 1987. After joining the BBC in 1957 after National Service, he presented and produced a number of influential current affairs programmes, most notably ''Analysis'' and ''At Home and Abroad''. After his retirement from Radio 3 in 1987, he became associate editor of ''The Times'' and has written a number of biographical books.
