Marsciano is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Perugia in the Italian region Umbria, located about 25 km south of Perugia. ] The 2011 Ladies Tour of Qatar (2–4 February 2011, Qatar) was the third running of the Ladies Tour of Qatar cycling stage race. The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) rated it as 'category 2.1'.
