Rob Zombie
Rob Zombie (born Robert Bartleh Cummings; January 12, 1965) is an American musician, singer, songwriter, record producer, filmmaker, and voice actor. His music and lyrics are notable for their horror and sci-fi themes, and his live shows have been praised for their elaborate shock rock theatricality. He has sold an estimated 15 million albums worldwide. Zombie initially rose to fame as a founding member and the frontman of heavy metal band White Zombie, with whom he released four albums. Scott Humphrey
Scott Humphrey is a Canadian record producer and mix engineer. He began his music career as a keyboard player and programmer. He is best known for his work with multiplatinum recording artist Rob Zombie and has co-written, co-produced and mixed all of his records up to 2007's ''Zombie Live''. He was also Rob Zombie's co-composer for the score to Zombie's film ''House of 1000 Corpses''. Much of the production work was done at Humphrey's studio, The Chop Shop. Charlie Clouser
Charles Alexander Clouser (born June 28, 1963) is an American keyboardist, composer, record producer, and remixer. He worked with Trent Reznor for Nine Inch Nails from 1994 to 2000, and is a composer for film and television; among his credits are the score for the ''Saw'' franchise and ''American Horror Story''. "Superbeast" is a promotional single from Rob Zombie's solo debut, ''Hellbilly Deluxe''. The song was co-written by Charlie Clouser, formerly of Nine Inch Nails. It also appears on Rob Zombie's '' Past, Present & Future'', the greatest hits album ''The Best of Rob Zombie'', and two remixes are contained on ''American Made Music to Strip By''. John William Lowery (born July 31, 1970), best known by the stage name John 5, is an American guitarist. His stage name was bestowed on him in 1998 when he left David Lee Roth's solo band and joined the rock group Marilyn Manson as their guitarist, taking over for Zim Zum. Still going by the name John 5, Lowery became the guitarist for Rob Zombie in addition to his continued collaborations with musical artists across many genres. "The Lords of Salem" is the eleventh and final track on Rob Zombie's 2006 album, ''Educated Horses''. It can also be found on Zombie's greatest hits album ''The Best of Rob Zombie'', Zombie's live album ''Zombie Live'', and the soundtrack for '' The Covenant''. The song is based on the Salem witchcraft trials of the 17th century. An animated music video, much similar to that of " American Witch", was made in 2006. Reception Although no single was released and it did not chart, the song was nominated for a Grammy award for Best Hard Rock Performance for the 2009 Grammy awards. Crosses (usually stylized as †††) is the musical side project of Deftones singer Chino Moreno and Far guitarist Shaun Lopez, based in Los Angeles, California, and formed in 2011. History Debut EPs and self-titled release (2011–2014) Having recorded together previously, Deftones singer Chino Moreno began recording with childhood friend and neighbor Shaun Lopez, also of the band Far, as well as Chuck Doom. Big Black Delta
Big Black Delta is a solo project of Mellowdrone vocalist/bassist Jonathan Bates. History Bates began the project in 2010 after becoming frustrated with the logistics of a band. Thanks to help from Alessandro Cortini, of Nine Inch Nails, he discovered the possibilities of producing music on a laptop and quickly set about building a new sound. In 2013, Bates released his self-titled album, ''Big Black Delta''. The album contained a mixture of fresh material and songs released on ''BBDLP1''. The album was released on Bates' own label, Masters of Bates, and was inspired by the soundtracks of Blade Runner and Solaris. It was positively received by critics and was compared by one reviewer to music from Muse and The Joy Formidable.
