Monday Qualified
A Monday qualifier is a stroke play golf tournament held on the Monday before a professional golf tournament that awards top finishers entry into the professional tournament. Those who enter the Monday qualifiers are those with no status on the tour sponsoring the event or too far down the tour's priority list to earn direct entry. The players who earn entry into the professional tournament in this manner are also called Monday qualifiers. In the United States, both the PGA Tour and Korn Ferry Tour offer Monday qualifiers for most events. On the PGA Tour, an eighteen-hole pre-qualifier for entry into each Monday qualifier is also held before the Monday qualifier. The entry fee for a PGA Tour pre-qualifier to the Monday qualifier is $200 and the entry fee for the PGA Tour Monday qualifier is an additional $200. Stroke Play
Stroke play, also known as medal play, is a scoring system in the sport of golf in which the total number of strokes is counted over one or more rounds of 18 holes. In stroke play, the winner is the player who has taken the fewest strokes over the course of the round, or rounds. Although most professional tournaments are played using the stroke play scoring system, some notable exceptions exist. In match play, the player, or team, earns a point for each hole in which they have bested their opponents. Match play scoring is used in the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship, the Volvo World Match Play Championship, and most team events, for example the Ryder Cup. Corey Conners
Corey Conners (born January 6, 1992) is a Canadian professional golfer currently playing on the PGA Tour. Conners has played on PGA Tour Canada, PGA Tour Latinoamérica, and the Web.com Tour. Amateur career Conners was raised in Listowel, Ontario. He won the 2010 Ontario Amateur and was runner-up to Gunn Yang at the 2014 U.S. Amateur conducted at Atlanta Athletic Club. Dicky Pride
} Richard Fletcher Pride III (born July 15, 1969) is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour Champions. He previously played on the PGA Tour and the Korn Ferry Tour. Early life Pride was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He attended Tuscaloosa Academy and the University of Alabama, where he was a member of the golf team. Pride was named All-Southeastern Conference his junior and senior years. At Alabama, he was a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity. He was a semifinalist at the 1991 U.S. Amateur. PGA Tour Champions (formerly the Senior PGA Tour and the Champions Tour) is a men's professional senior golf tour, administered as a branch of the PGA Tour. History and format The Senior PGA Championship, founded in 1937, was for many years the only high-profile tournament for golfers over 50. Rick Lamb
Rick Lamb (born September 20, 1990) is an American professional golfer. Lamb was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana. He played college golf at the University of Tennessee after transferring from Santa Clara University. At Tennessee, he won three events. In his final collegiate event, Lamb finished T-2 at the 2013 NCAA Division I Championship. Sebastian Cappelen (born 14 April 1990) is a Danish professional golfer. Cappelen played college golf at the University of Arkansas where he was a four-time All-American and won four times including the 2013 SEC Championship. He also played for the European team in the Palmer Cup three times. After graduating, Cappelen turned professional in June 2014.
