The Molochna (, russian: Моло́чная ''Molochnaya''), is a river in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast of south Ukraine. Literally the name of the river translates as Milky. The river is connected with the Russian Mennonite culture, once based in the southeastern region of Ukraine since 1804 as Molotschna colony which was part of the Russian Empire at that time. In antiquity the river was called Gerrhus or Gerrus ( grc, Γέρρος). The river was called Tokmak ( nog, Токмак) by the Nogais. It flows into the Molochnyi Estuary in the Azov Sea. The classification system of inhabited localities in Russia and some other post-Soviet states has certain peculiarities compared with those in other countries. Classes During the Soviet time, each of the republics of the Soviet Union, including the Russian SFSR, had its own legislative documents dealing with classification of inhabited localities. The Kola (russian: Кола) is a river on the Kola Peninsula in Murmansk Oblast, Russia. It is long, and has a drainage basin of . The river flows out of Lake Kolozero north into the Kola Bay of the Barents Sea, some 10 km south of Murmansk. The neighbouring river Tuloma (river), Tuloma has its mouth just one kilometer to the west. The average discharge is 40 m3/s, but there are large seasonal variations.
