Karl-Theodor Molinari
__NOTOC__ Karl-Theodor Molinari (7 February 1915 – 11 December 1993) was an officer in the German Army and later in the Bundeswehr. He resigned in 1970 with the rank of a Generalmajor after it became public that he had possibly been involved in the shooting of 105 French resistance fighters in the Ardennes area on 12/13 June 1944. These allegations have not been proven since. Besides, Molinari was a politician, representative of the German Christian Democratic Union in the afterwar years. Jim Molinari
James R. Molinari (born December 26, 1954) is an American basketball coach and lawyer. Molinari was most recently an assistant coach at Oklahoma from 2019 to 2021. He formerly served as an assistant coach at Nebraska and as former head coach of the Western Illinois University Leathernecks, where he served from 2008 to 2014. Prior to being named coach at WIU, Molinari was as assistant coach at Ball State University after serving as the interim head coach at the University of Minnesota, replacing Dan Monson on November 30, 2006 and being succeeded by Tubby Smith on March 22, 2007. Previously, he served as head men's basketball coach at Northern Illinois University and Bradley University. He also was a scout for the Toronto Raptors and Miami Heat. Jean-Claude Molinari (28 August 1931 – 22 April 1999) was a French former tennis player, originally amateur and later professional. At Wimbledon, he reached the quarter-finals of the men's singles in 1959. In the Davis Cup in 1954, he defeated Ramanathan Krishnan of India in the quarter-finals of the men's singles, 4–6, 4–6, 2–6. In 1957, he and Paul Rémy reached the quarter-finals of the men's doubles, where they were defeated by Mike Davies and Bobby Wilson of Great Britain, 3–6, 6–3, 6–1, 6–3. In 1958, with Pierre Darmon, he reached the semi-finals of the men's doubles, where they were again defeated by Davies and Wilson, 6–4, 3–6, 4–6, 1–6. Jean Baptiste Molinari (born 25 April) is a French head chef, who worked as an executive chef at Dromoland Castle in Newmarket-on-Fergus, County Clare, Ireland, and now is chef de cuisine at Compass Group, a British food contracting service. He won a Michelin star in 1995. Biography Molinari was born into a culinary family: his grandfather worked in the kitchens of Auguste Escoffier, and his father was also a well-known chef, who worked, amongst others, in England and Scotland. Molinari started his career in Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo in Monaco, where he was quickly promoted from 3rd commis chef to chef de partie. Guido Molinari
Guido Molinari (October 12, 1933 – February 21, 2004) was a Canadian artist, known internationally for his serial abstract paintings. Biography Molinari was born in Montreal, Quebec to Italian heritage with his parents from Cune (Borgo a Mozzano, Tuscany) and Naples, Campania. He began painting at age 13, and his existentialist approach to art was formed during a bout with tuberculosis at age 16, during which he read Nietzsche, Sartre, Piaget, and Camus. He studied at the École des beaux-arts de Montréal (1948-1950) and the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts (1951), studying with Marian Scott and Gordon Webber. Giuseppe Molinari
Giuseppe Molinari (born 11 January 1938 in Scoppito, L'Aquila Province) is an Italian Catholic bishop, who served as Archbishop of L'Aquila. Born in Scoppito, he was ordained to the priesthood on 29 June 1962. On 30 September 1989 he was appointed Bishop of Rieti by Pope John Paul II. He received his episcopal consecration on the following December 8 from Archbishop Mario Peressin, assisted by Bishop Francesco Amadio and Archbishop Cleto Bellucci as co-consecrators. Bishop Molinari was later named Coadjutor Archbishop of L'Aquila on 16 March 1996. He succeeded Archbishop Peressin as Archbishop of L'Aquila upon the latter's resignation on 6 June 1998. Francesco Molinari
Francesco Molinari (born 8 November 1982) is an Italian professional golfer. He won the 2018 Open Championship, his first and only major victory, and the first major won by an Italian professional golfer. The Open Championship win capped a successful season in which he won the 2018 BMW PGA Championship, his fifth win on the European Tour, and the Quicken Loans National, his first PGA Tour win. At the end of the season, Molinari won 5 out of 5 points as Europe won the 2018 Ryder Cup. Molinari has been in the top 100 of the World Rankings continuously since the end of 2008.
