Mohsen Karimi
Seyed Mohsen Karimi Kiyasari ( fa, سید محسن کریمی کیاسری, born 20 September 1994 in Sari, Iran, Sari) is an Iranian professional Association football, footballer who was playing for F.C. Nassaji Mazandaran, Nassaji in the Persian Gulf Pro League. Club career Esteghlal Early career Karimi started his career at the age of 14 in Padideh Sari. He then left the club after a year and trained with a personal trainer for two years before joining Esteghlal F.C., Esteghlal in 2012. During the 2012–13 season, he was part of Esteghlal U17 side and managed to finish the season as the top scorer of the Iranian U17 league. Karimi then joined Esteghlal B Tehran F.C., Esteghlal reserve the next season where he finished as the top scorer once more. He also scored two goals against Persepolis F.C. Sari, Iran
Sari ( fa, ; also romanized as Sārī), also known as Shahr-e-Tajan and Shari-e-Tajan, is the provincial capital of Mazandaran Province and former capital of Iran (for a short period), located in the north of Iran, between the northern slopes of the Alborz Mountains and southern coast of the Caspian Sea. 2017–18 Hazfi Cup
The 2017–18 Hazfi Shield Cup was the 31st season of the Iranian football knockout competition. The competition begin in August 2017 and the final was played on May 3, 2018. Mehdi Sharifi, then center forward for Persian side Tractor SC was the Cup's top scorer with five goals. The Cup was won by Esteghla FC in a 1–0 victory over Khooneh Be Khooneh. The Finals only goal was scored by Mame Thiam, an Esteghlal forward in the 35' minute of the game. This was Esteghlal seventh Hazfi Cup title. Participating teams A total of 62 teams participated in the 2017–18 Hazfi Cup. The 2019–20 Persian Gulf Pro League (formerly known as Iran Pro League) was the 37th season of Iran's Football League and 19th as Persian Gulf Pro League since its establishment in 2001. Persepolis are the defending champions and won their record-extending 4th consecutive title and 13th title overall (6th in the Pro League era) on 24 July with four games to spare. The Persian Gulf Pro League ( fa, لیگ برتر خلیج فارس, ''Lig-e Bartar-e Xalij-e Fârs''), formerly known as the Iran Pro League ( fa, links=no, لیگ برتر ایران, ''Lig-e bartar-e Irân''), is the highest division of professional football in Iran. It is the top-level football league in Iran since its foundation. Each year, its top team becomes the Iranian football champion, and the two lowest finishers are relegated to Azadegan League.
