Shah Mohammad Muhibbullah Babunagari ( bn, শাহ মোহম্মদ মুহিব্বুল্লাহ বাবুনগরী; born 15 February 1934) is a Bangladeshi Deobandi Islamic scholar, Politician and Academician. He is the current and 3rd Amir of Hefazat-e-Islam Bangladesh, Rector of Al-Jamiatul Islamiah Azizul Uloom Babunagar. According to the United States US Department of Defense, Department of Defense, it held more than two hundred Afghan detainees in Guantanamo prior to May 15, 2006. They had been captured and classified as enemy combatants in warfare following the US and allies' invasion of Afghanistan to overthrow the Taliban and disrupt terrorist networks. Originally, the US held such prisoners in sites in Afghanistan, but needed a facility to detain them where they could be interrogated. It opened the Guantanamo Bay detention camp on January 11, 2002, and transported the enemy combatants there. The United States Supreme Court's ruled in ''Rasul v. Muhibullah or Moheb Ullah Borekzai is a citizen of Afghanistan who was held in extrajudicial detention in the United States's Guantanamo Bay detention camps, in Cuba. His Guantanamo Internment Serial Number was 546. American intelligence analysts estimate that Muhibullah was born in 1982, in Shah Wali Koot, Afghanistan. He was captured in Afghanistan in November 2001, transferred to Guantanamo on May 5, 2002, and was transferred to Afghanistan on July 19, 2005. US Intelligence analysts have asserted that Muhibullah was a recidivist, who, after his transfer, "engaged in terrorism or militant activity" and had "re-engaged in terrorism". Mohibullah Khan, often referred to by the nickname "Mo Khan", (2 December 1937 – 31 March 1994) was a squash player from Pakistan. He was one of the leading players in the game in the 1960s and a member of the famous Khan Dynasty of squash. His biggest triumph was winning the British Open in 1963. Mian Muhibullah Kakakhel is a Pakistani lawyer and senior advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and the former presidential candidate for Pakistan.
