Mohammed Ali Beshr
Mohammed Ali Beshr (also, Bishr; ar, محمد على بشر ; born 14 February 1951) is an Egyptian politician who served as minister of state for local development from 5 January to 4 July 2013. He is one of the prominent figures of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. Early life and education Beshr was born in Kafr Mansha Qiwisna, Menoufia Governorate in Egypt, on 14 February 1951. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering, which he received from Menoufia University in 1974. He also obtained a master's degree in power engineering from Shebeen Al Koum Menoufia University in 1979 and a PhD from Colorado State University in 1984. Career Beshr is an academic. He worked at Menoufia University and Shebeen Al Koum Menoufia University. Hisham Qandil
Hesham Mohamed Qandil (also spelled: ''Hisham Kandil''; ar, هشام محمد قنديل ; born 17 September 1962) is an Egyptian engineer and civil servant who was Prime Minister of Egypt from 2012 to 2013. Qandil was appointed as Prime Minister by President Mohamed Morsi on 24 July 2012 and sworn in on 2 August 2012. Qandil previously served as Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation from 2011 to 2012. Reuters reported that Qandil was a politically independent senior public servant in the Morsi administration, but was not popularly considered to be a likely candidate for the position of prime minister. Ahmed Zaki Abdeen or Abdin is a retired Egyptian military officer and former minister of state for local development in the Qandil cabinet. Career Abdeen is a retired military general.
