Kamin Mohammadi (born 18 September 1969) is an exiled Iranian writer living in Britain. She is also a broadcaster and journalist who specialises in Iran related topics, among other things. Biography Kamin Mohammadi was born on 18 September 1969. She was born in Abadan, grew up in Tehran and lived in Ahvaz, Iran. She moved with family to London, United Kingdom after the Iranian Islamic Revolution in 1979. Her family adapted British traditions including celebrating Christmas and watching the Queen's speech to the nation. Her family tried to integrate into British life through adopting certain elements of British culture without ever losing any of their Iranian traditions or culture. She rediscovered her Iranian identity in her 20s, something she avoided during her youth as it was too confusing as a child. Narges Mohammadi (; born 21 April 1972) is an Iranian human rights activist and the vice president of the Defenders of Human Rights Center (DHRC), headed by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Shirin Ebadi. Mohammad Reyshahri ( fa, محمد ریشهری), also known as Mohammad Mohammadi-Nik (29 October 1946 – 21 March 2022), was an Iranian politician and cleric who was the first Minister of Intelligence, serving from 1984 to 1989 in the cabinet of Prime Minister Mir-Hossein Mousavi. Early life and education Reyshahri was born into a religious family in Rey on 29 October 1946. He was educated in Qom and Najaf in the field of theology. He and his successor at the ministry of intelligence, Ali Fallahian, were alumni of the Haqqani School in Qom. Milad Mohammadi ( fa, میلاد محمدی ; born 29 September 1993) is an Iranian professional footballer who plays for Greek Super League club AEK Athens and the Iranian national team. Masoud Ali Mohammadi
Masoud Alimohammadi ( fa, مسعود علیمحمدی; 24 August 1959 – 12 January 2010) was an Iranian quantum field theorist and elementary-particle physicist and a distinguished professor of elementary particle physics at the University of Tehran's Department of Physics. Alimohammadi was the first PhD graduate student in physics of the Sharif University of Technology. He published some 53 articles and letters in peer-reviewed academic journals and wrote and translated several physics textbooks, including ''Modern Quantum Mechanics'', revised edition, by J. J. Sakurai, which he translated from English into Persian in collaboration with Hamidreza Moshfegh. Jum'a-Mohammad Mohammadi
Jum'a-Mohammad Mohammadi was the Afghan Minister for Mines and Industries under the Afghan Transitional Administration. He died in a plane crash on February 24, 2003 while returning from a mission in Pakistan to learn techniques in copper mining. He was in his late 60s. Mohammadi had served in Afghanistan in the 1970s as water and power minister under president Mohammad Daoud. He was later imprisoned for two years after communists took over in a 1978 coup and assassinated Daoud.
