Mohammad Rafiq (judge)
Justice Mohammad Rafiq (born 25 May 1960) is an Indian Judge. He is former Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court, Madhya Pradesh High Court, Orissa High Court and Meghalaya High Court and also former Judge of Rajasthan High Court. Twice, he served as the Acting Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court. He is also currently serving as the Chancellor (ex-officio) of Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla. Early life Rafiq was born in Sujangarh of Churu district in Indian state of Rajasthan. He earned bachelor's degree from G.H.S. Govt. PG College, Sujangarh affiliated to Rajasthan University in 1980. Then, he continued to study Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) and received the LLB degree in 1984. He started his career as an advocate shortly after getting LLB degree. He continued to study further and got the master's degree in 1986. Sujangarh
Sujangarh is a city in the Churu district in the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan, India. Sujangarh lies on the Churu city-Pali Highway ( NH 65) and Hanumangarh-Kishangarh Mega Highway. Yogesh Kumar Sabharwal
Yogesh Kumar Sabharwal (14 January 1942 – 3 July 2015) was the 36th Chief Justice of India. Career Sabharwal worked as an advocate for Indian Railways from 1969 to 1981, as an advocate for Delhi administration from 1973 to 1976-1977, later as Additional Standing Counsel and then as Standing Counsel. He also served as Counsel to the Central Government from 1980 to 1986. He represented Delhi in the Bar Council of India from 1969 to 1973. He became an Additional Judge in the Delhi High Court on 17 November 1986 and a judge soon after. On 3 February 1999, he was appointed Chief Justice of Bombay High Court. In less than a year, he was appointed a judge, Supreme Court of India. Kalpesh Satyendra Jhaveri (born 5 January 1958) is an Indian Judge and former Chief Justice of Orissa High Court. He is also former Judge of Rajasthan High Court and Gujarat High Court. Career Jhaveri passed LL.B. and got enrolment on 20 January 1983. He started practice in the Gujarat High Court. In 1983 he became a member of the executive committee of Gujarat High Court Advocates' Association and elected as Joint Secretary of the Bar in 1984.
