Mohammad Ali Mousavi Jazayeri
Ayatollah Sayyid Mohammad-Ali Mousavi Jazayeri ( fa, محمدعلی موسوی جزایری) (born 1941) is an Iranian Twelver Shia cleric, who has been appointed as the representative of Vali-Faqih (Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist) in Khuzestan province by the order of Sayyid Ruhollah Khomeini, who was the previous Supreme Leader of Iran. He was born in Shushtar, Khuzestan province, Iran. He descends from Nematollah Jazayeri as a prominent Shia scholar. Muhammad Ali Mousavi Jazayeri has studied in seminaries of Qom, Iran under Grand Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini and Mohammad Ali Araki; and also in seminaries of Najaf, Iraq under Grand Ayatollah Abu al-Qasim al-Khoei. Ayatollah ( ; fa, آیتالله, āyatollāh) is an Title of honor, honorific title for high-ranking Twelver Shia clergy in Iran and Iraq that came into widespread usage in the 20th century. Etymology The title is originally derived from Arabic word pre-modified with the definite article and Grammatical modifier#Premodifiers and postmodifiers, post-modified with the word ''Allah'', making ( ar, آية الله). The combination has been translated to English as 'Sign of God', 'Divine Sign' or 'Reflection of God'. It is a frequently-used term in Quran, but its usage in this context is presumably a particular reference to the verse "We shall show them Our signs on the horizons and in their own selves", while it has been also used to refer to The Twelve Imams by Shias. Najaf
Najaf ( ar, ٱلنَّجَف) or An-Najaf al-Ashraf ( ar, ٱلنَّجَف ٱلْأَشْرَف), also known as Baniqia ( ar, بَانِيقِيَا), is a city in central Iraq about 160 km (100 mi) south of Baghdad. Its estimated population in 2013 was 1,000,000 people. It is the capital of Najaf Governorate. It is widely considered amongst the holiest cities of Shia Islam and one of its spiritual capitals, whilst also remaining the center of Shia political power in Iraq. Shīʿa Islam or Shīʿīsm is the second-largest branch of Islam. Sayyid Abdul-Nabi Mousavi Fard (Persian: سید عبدالنبی موسوی فرد) (born 1956, Jahrom, grew-up in Khorramshahr) is an Iranian Twelver Shi'a cleric, who has been recently appointed as the representative of Wali-Faqih (Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist) in Khuzestan province and likewise as the Imam of Friday Prayer of Ahwaz by the order of Sayyid Ali Khamenei, the supreme leader of Iran, on 30 April 2019. Muhammad Jafar Moravej
Seyyed Mohammad Jafar Moravej (Persian: سید محمد جعفر مروج) whose complete name/fame is "Seyyed Muhammad Jafar Jazaeri Moravej al-Shariah" (Persian: سید محمد جعفر جزائری مروج الشریعه), was an Iranian Shia scholar who was born in 1910 and died in 1999, in a religious family in Shushtar. His father was Seyyed Muhammad Ali Moravej, and he is among the descendants of Seyyed Nematollah Jazayeri who was a prominent Shia scholar. This Shia scholar is commonly known as "Ayatollah Seyyed Muhammad Jafar Moravej" (Persian: آیت الله سید محمد جعفر مروج). Ayatollah Mohsen Heidari AleKasir ( Persian:محسن حیدری آل کثیر) is an Iranian Shia Islamic cleric who was born in 1957 in a middle class rural family in the village of Hor Riyahi Abadi where is located near to Shush in Khuzestan province. He is one of Khuzestan current members in Assembly of Experts. Biography Mohsen Heidari Alekasir started his education in Ahwaz seminary, and continued his education in Qom since 1980. He is also one of the current temporary Imams-Jom’ah (the Imams of Friday prayer) of Ahwaz as the capital of Khuzestan province. Ahvaz ( fa, اهواز, Ahvâz ) is a city in the southwest of Iran and the capital of Khuzestan province.
