Mogul Embassy
Mogul Embassy or simply the Embassy is a villainous professional wrestling stable appearing in All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and its sister promotion Ring of Honor (ROH), led by Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana. The remaining members, Brian Cage, Toa Liona and Bishop Kaun are former two-time ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions. History Ring of Honor (2004–present) The Embassy was formed in Ring of Honor in 2004 by Prince Nana, who used the gimmick of an African prince. In storylines, Nana used his wealth gained from the taxes of people of Ghana to hire wrestlers to wrestle the Embassy's opponents and rivals, although he did once use winnings from betting on Ghana in a match (against the United States) in the 2006 FIFA World Cup to hire one. ROH Pure Championship
The ROH Pure Championship is a professional wrestling championship contested for in the American professional wrestling promotion Ring of Honor (ROH). The championship is generally contested in professional wrestling matches, in which participants execute scripted finishes rather than contend in direct competition. The current champion is Wheeler Yuta, who is in his record-setting second reign. Pure wrestling rules Matches for the ROH Pure Championship are conducted under "Pure Wrestling Rules." ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship
The ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling championship owned by the Ring of Honor (ROH) promotion. Like most professional wrestling championships, the title is won as a result of a match with a predetermined outcome. The Embassy (Brian Cage, Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) are the current champions in their first reign as a team (Kaun's second individually). History The title was officially announced in a press release on August 30, 2016, and marked the first new title created by ROH in six years, following the 2010 creation of the ROH World Television Championship.
