Moelogo
Mohammed Basit Abiola Isola Animashaun, popularly known as Moelogo (born 13 April 1990), is a British–Nigerian singer-songwriter, he has songwriting credits for some notable music projects, including Tiwa Savage's '' Celia''. Early life Moelogo was born in Lagos and he moved to London in 2001. He joined school choir at 14, discovering his talent and passion, he proceeded with London's Starlight Music Academy. Career In 2013, Moelogo released his debut EP ''Moe Is My Name, Music Is My Logo''. In 2016, he bagged a nomination for Best African Artist at Mobo Award, In 2017, his contribution in Jonas Blue's single " We Could Go Back" as a featured artist scored him a UK Singles Chart entry. The single peaked at No. 74. It also charted in US Dance/Electronic Songs chart peaking at No. 34. It also charted in Belgium, Sweden and New Zealand. David Adedeji Adeleke (born November 21, 1992), popularly known by his stage name Davido, is an American-Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer. The Headies 2020 was the 14th edition of The Headies, a Nigerian music awards show held to recognize outstanding achievements in the Nigerian music industry. The ceremony took place on February 21, 2021 due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic instead of December 2020, the usual month for the awards. It was held at the La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort in Ibeju-Lekki The organizers of the event announced TV personality and actress Nancy Isime and comedian Bovi as hosts, this made it the fourth time Bovi will host the event, while Nancy became the first female to host the event for the second time. The MOBO Awards (Music of Black Origin, also known as the MOBOs) are an annual British music award presentation honouring achievements in " music of black origin", including hip hop, grime, UK Drill, R&B, soul, reggae, jazz, gospel, and African music. The MOBO Organisation was founded by Kanya King, and the first MOBO award was presented to Baby D, in the Best Dance Act category.
