	Model Town Metro Station This is a list of all stations of the Surat Metro, an under-construction rapid transit system serving Surat City and Surat Metropolitan Region of India. The Surat Metro will be the sixsth transit system to be built in India. The construction of Surat Metro was started on 18 January 2021 with 2 lines Red Line & Green Line with the total number of 38 stations, the project is expected to be completed by December 2027, which will cover a distance of 41 kilimeters. The metro network will allow Surat to connect with Sarthana to DREAM City (22-kilometre (14 mi)) and from Bhesan Depot to Saroli (18-kilometre (11 mi)). Located in Islamabad Capital Territory on Kahuta Road, Model Town is situated on Humak village land near the Swaan River. The area was formerly a jungle.
