Dontay Moch (born July 19, 1988) is a former American football linebacker. He played college football for the University of Nevada. Early years Moch was born in Chandler, Arizona to parents Robert Moch and Rakell Wesley. He has an older brother, Mekell Wesley, who played football at San Diego State. Dontay Moch attended Hamilton High School in Chandler, where he played on the state championship football team in his junior and senior years and ran track. Jules Moch
Jules Salvador Moch (15 March 1893, in Paris – 1 August 1985, in Cabris, Alpes-Maritimes) was a French politician. Biography Moch was born into a renowned French Jewish military family, the son of Captain Gaston Moch and Rébecca Alice Pontremoli. His grandfather was Colonel Jules Moch. His upbringing occurred during a growing socialist movement in France. He was in Polytechnique along with Alfred Dreyfus. As an engineer ('' polytechnicien'') who took part in the X-Crise Group, he was a socialist member of Parliament for Drôme and then Hérault from 1928 to 1936 and from 1937 to 1940. He was Under-secretary of State in prime minister Léon Blum's office (1937) and became Minister of Public Works in 1938. During World War II Moch was critical of the Vichy French government and was jailed but later was released. He joined and helped organise the Paris underground. Gaston Moch (6 March 1859 – 3 July 1935) was the secretary of the Esperantist ''Centra Oficejo'' and a member of the ''Lingva Komitato''. Moch was born in Saint-Cyr-l'École, Yvelines. He was the son of French Jewish Military officer, Col. Jules Moch, co-founder of "The Club Millitaire" during the time when French Jews were entering the upper ranks of the French Army in the 19th century. Robert Moch
Robert Gaston Moch (June 20, 1914 – January 18, 2005) was an American rower who won Olympic gold at the 1936 Summer Olympics. Moch was born and raised in Montesano, Washington. He was the class valedictorian at Montesano High in 1932. His father Gaston Moch was a watchmaker and jeweller of Swiss descent. He coxed the University of Washington senior varsity eight which won US national Intercollegiate Rowing Association titles in 1936.At the 1936 Olympics, he won the gold medal as coxswain of the American boat in the eights competition. Manfred Moch
Manfred Moch (15 May 1930 – 28 May 2011) was a German trumpet player. He made a name for himself in the 1960s as the featured solo trumpet player for the Bert Kaempfert orchestra, contributing memorable and melodic solos to many of Kaempfert’s hits; such songs included “ Bye Bye Blues”, “ Strangers In The Night”, “ L-O-V-E” and “Sweet Maria”. His association with Kaempfert ended in 1968 over a pay dispute, but by the late 1970s he was again playing sessions and concerts with Kaempfert, although not as a soloist. Moch was also a long-time member of the James Last Orchestra during the 1960s and 1970s, and continued to play for Last as a session musician after leaving the touring band. In addition, Moch was a member of the NDR (Nordeutscher Rundfunk, or North German Radio) Big Band from the 1960s until the 1990s. Johannes Mötsch (born 8 July 1949 in Bonn) is a German archivist and historian. Life Johannes Mötsch studied History and Latin Philology from 1970 to 1978 at the Universität Bonn and graduated in 1979. In 1978 he started, as trainee teacher, the preliminary office at the Landeshauptarchiv Koblenz and attended the Archivschule Marburg until 1980. Until 1993 he worked at the Landeshauptarchiv Koblenz and taught in 1989 at the Marburger Archivschule. In 1993 he went to the thuringian Hauptstaatsarchiv Weimar, where he worked until 1997. In the same year he overtook as archive director the management of the Thüringisches Staatsarchiv in Meiningen. He is a member of the Historische Kommission für Thüringen.
